These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the r879 platform. By registering an account and using any part of the platform — Casino, Sports Betting, Bingo, Fish Games or the VIP programme — you agree to these terms. Please read them before you start.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your r879 login credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any other person. Any activity conducted from your account — whether by you or a third party who gained access through your credentials — is your responsibility. r879 accepts deposits via the following methods, all processed in PKR:

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days. VIP players at Platinum and Diamond tier receive priority processing, which reduces this timeframe. Processing times may extend during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in your account withdrawal section. Requests below the minimum cannot be processed.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirement has been met in full. The withdrawable amount is displayed separately in your account wallet. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and are available for withdrawal at any time (subject to verification requirements).
All bonuses offered by r879 — including the welcome deposit match, weekly reload, cashback offers and free spins — are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Every bonus at r879 carries a wagering requirement. This is the number of times you must play through the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable. For example, a PKR 2,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires PKR 40,000 in qualifying bets to be placed. Wagering progress is tracked in real time in your account dashboard.
Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is displayed in your account bonuses section. Sports bets, certain live casino tables and other specific game types may contribute at a reduced rate.
All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of credit. Unmet wagering requirements and unused bonus funds expire at the end of this period. Expiry dates are displayed in your account promotions section.
r879 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where bonus abuse is detected. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements (bonus laundering), collusion with other players and using third-party software to exploit bonus structures.
The r879 VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Players accumulate VIP points through real-money betting activity. Points thresholds for each tier are displayed on the VIP page.
VIP points are earned from real-money bets placed across eligible game categories. Bonus bets may contribute at a different rate. Free play, free spins and demo-mode bets do not generate VIP points.
VIP tier status is reviewed on a rolling 90-day basis. Players whose activity falls below the minimum threshold for their current tier may be reviewed for tier adjustment. Tier downgrade notifications are sent in advance. Active players who maintain qualifying activity retain their tier automatically.
VIP tier benefits — including monthly PKR bonuses, enhanced cashback rates, priority withdrawals and personal account management — are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash directly. Monthly bonuses are subject to standard wagering requirements.
r879 reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, point thresholds or benefit details with reasonable notice. Existing accumulated points are not affected by structural changes to future tier thresholds.
All Casino games, Bingo rooms and Fish Games on r879 are provided by third-party software providers and operate under their own game-specific rules. Results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). r879 does not control individual game outcomes.
Sports betting markets — including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports — are subject to separate Sports Betting Rules. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. r879 reserves the right to void bets where a clear pricing error has occurred.
In the event of a disconnection during an active game round or bet, the game server records the state at the point of disconnection. Outcomes are settled based on the server record, not the display on the player's device. For Sports bets, disconnection during an event does not affect bet settlement — the market result stands.
In the event of a technical fault that affects game availability or results, r879 will review the affected sessions and settle them fairly. Winnings generated as a direct result of a confirmed technical error may be void. Players affected by technical issues should contact support with session details.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on r879 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities:
Where prohibited conduct is detected, r879 reserves the right to close the account, void all pending and historical bonus winnings, and withhold withdrawable balances pending investigation. Decisions on fund forfeiture in cases of confirmed fraud are final.

Upon account closure, access to the platform is terminated. VIP points, tier status and bonus balances are not transferable and are forfeited upon closure unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing by r879.
